This is interesting. Kind of like a limited retrace, we probably don't want too many of this ability, so I'll think carefully about what to tack it onto.

Although this mechanic feels pretty clunky I do like the effect it has on draft (scrambling for any nonbasic lands in late picks).

Profusion cards very strong. Adding a cost to to reurn them

Profusion seems like it is a five color strategy. Is it meant to be tied to a wedge?

Profusion exists across all colours, but RUG makes the best use of it as it has the best mana fixing

Profusion could actually still make it. 5 colour is probably still a thing!
