Not sure this really has a home outside of a combo deck built to abuse it - though it would have been an absolute beating in Towerfall!

Yeah this one was actually a hold over from Towerfall that I never submitted, because it would have been clearly broken. Here I'm hoping it is narrow enough to maybe be part of some unintended 3 part combo. We need some of these kinds of cards to make format exploration interesting and not have every card in a booster be a viable pick.
