The way this is worded the controller of Fury Harness would chose the target - is that the intention? It seems pretty amazing on an opponent's creature this way since you can kill something in their upkeep and then the enchanted creature can't attack without potentially killing something else!

Hah interesting, I hadn't spotted that. Intention was to use it on your creatures, whereby you have to risk them in combat to get the benefit of the untap and fight. Changed it to allow the creature have the abilty
