Might have some interesting interactions with other cards, I haven't checked what though! Might be okay to cost at 2G.

Corpsejack Menace without a 4/4 body but some extra utility. You might be right about 2G.

It also affects all permanents, not just yours, so you have to be careful your opponent doesn't benefit more than you.
