RWU theme is supposed to be bureaucracy (hand manipulation / hand size matters), but red is the central colour, so is a little bit of an odd theme, but lets see how this works out. I'm guessing it might be a 4/2 most of the time. Obviously an unreal bad topdeck.

Well red does have looting and 'discard & draw X' effects so it fits in the colour more than some! This guy seems good in a control deck that keeps the board clear and draws loads of cards.

This guy was actually mildly entertaining, and offered some decisions about hoarding cards vs playing them out. Was a 4/2 or 3/2 most of the time which is pretty poor for 3R, but not all commons can be winners. Would probably be a little too strong as a 0/3 ?

Playtesting feedback suggestion - Switch him to +1/+1 counters equal to handsize on cast. Makes it harder to cost as the toughness bump is quite significant. Perhaps there could be a tiny hand size matters theme spread throughout the set/wedge?

Is it possible to cost that ability correctly? The more expensive he is the worse he is, but at what point is he so cheap he is broken in your opening hand? Might need a lot of playtesting to find that sweet spot.
