This is pretty clever. I'm a little worried it is a fantastic 5 colour enabler. It also provides permanent fixing rather than the temporary fixing of manamorphose. I would be tempted to push it to 2G but we should test it first.

What was broken about this? It's Harrow that draws a card instead of making more mana. Good but surely not overpowered? Did something ridiculous happen in playtesting?

This is a very good manafixer. It's not just manamorphose - it fixes your mana long term by turning the two lands you don't need into two that you do. G manfixing is generally strong in this format. The sealed pools I built today were URG and base-G five color (which didn't actually work that well).

I think we know this is "too good", really, but I would be loathe to cut anything resembling manafixing. Let the people play their spells!

Could just add a mana to it and then it is basically Harrow, but trading the ramp for a card draw.
