This is super expensive for its ability. Compare to Quicken. I know that is a rare, but even so I can't see anybody playing this at 3 mana.

This does creatures as well though so it has a lot more targets than Quicken. Wasn't sure if that would be super strong at 2 mana or not.

Savage Summoning was fairly close to unplayable in M14. Obviously the cantrip is huge but agree you can be more aggressive on the cost.
