Well I don't think white/black share anything else you could put on a combat trick! I guess maybe first strike, but that already appears on two other combat tricks so I wanted to avoid it again. This card often feels like a blowout but I don't know why as I don't think I've ever seen the pump be higher than +3/+3 and 3 mana for just lifelink is actually pretty poor.

I think it's mainly because this one is always played in BGW which is the most powerful deck anyway. And it usually hits just when you're about to kill one of their big and/or lifelinked creatures to have a chance in the game!
