Bellowing Noggle

Potential templating issue might make it look to some people that you could repeatedly use the Empower ability the turn after its played, rather than as a one shot use during the upkeep. Does anyone else see it like that?

Looks fine to me. People understood Echo well enough so this should be fine. I like how Empower makes a lot more sense than straight CIP for this kind of effect.

Needs to lose the colon, I think that's what makes it look confusing. It's not an activated ability it's a triggered ability with a cost.

I didn't see that but that's one of the options I came up with. I've written a very long note on templating Empower on Trello. I think I like the ability word version in the end which I just changed Divining Noggle to use.

This guy is a bit weak. The controlling decks can't really use the Empower and he's too expensive for the aggro decks really.

4/1 for 2R? That's Regathan Firecat with upside but it's a LOT more appealing. Trying it. Could be 3/1 or 3/2?

The important thing is that he has to be lower costed to make the Empower ability relevant to a curving out aggro start. Not that he be insanely good.

This is far more appealing even if it will probably die a lot.
