Changed the B charm ability, maybe just straight up discard a non-land card is ok?

For WBR, I think you can just go with a straight Coercion effect instead of just Ostracize. I think each charm effect should be roughly the effect of a 2 or 3 mana spell. That being said the Shatter effect could probably be improved. Maybe Exile instead of destroy?
