OK I've thought about this for a couple of minutes now. What does it do?

At the beginning you get to thin your deck and draw a card. Then after your graveyard fills up you can put your good cards back in the deck (probably Emerge creatures and spells) and every time you thin your deck of lands even more. The fact that it goes on top doesn't matter because it replaces itself.

But you shuffle each time. So until there is something you actively want to shuffle in it doesn't do anything at all?

Well it at least cycles for G even when you don't need the ability. Plus it removes two lands. The problem we found in playtesting was that the Emerge deck would pull all its creatures out leaving a higher concentration of lands. This is for those decks because it pulls the lands out and puts the creatures back in. Plus it creates tiny incremental advantages in draw quality over the course of a game.

Interesting. I'm not sure why this bends my mind so much but it really does. Cycling for G with upside reminds me of Mental Note or Thought Scour and I love a bit of Mental Note/Thought Scour. Also it's like Entomb for lands and who doesn't love Entomb? I'm a bit worried that it is some kind of infinite engine because you can guarantee putting it back on top of your library every turn. It would work really well with the current iteration of my URG common! Perhaps it should be Harvest 3?
