Trying to make something that is playable alone, but much better if you have the wedge colours. This may need some work though.

Fine, how about now? I'm a little wary of making so many 3 mana 2/2s. I guess as long as we don't make a lot of 5 mana 3/3s we will avoid being Invasion block, although lots of people liked that. Development can fix this.

(Playtesting) This guy was actually stronger than I anticipated. Had to wait awhile to get him online, but once I had one soldier, the ability to get a sacrifice trigger at any time was very useful. The lifegain seemed kind of irrelevant, especially in WBR, but maybe there is some WBR control deck out there where it is more useful. Potentially may want to change the sacrifice to "non-token creature" ?

I think this is also a bit strong for a common. One you have one soldier you can block & sac to blank a ground attack each turn and gain 1 life. Once you have two or more I could see this getting a bit degenerate.
