Under NWO this would be flagged at common and only be allowed to remain if it were essential to the set because it offers repeated creature removal at common. Not saying we have to respect that, we obviously don't, just mentioning it as a data point. Card is great.

At 2 damage this guy is very significant. And his big behind means he's super useful if they try to race. Might make a nice uncommon. Probably needs to drop stats or drop back to 1 damage to stay at common.

My only issue with this guy is him being a 2/3. I think the 2 damage is right, and the decisions are interesting whether to play or try and burn them out.

He could easily be a 2/2 or even a 3/2 for some more aggro plays.
