Emerge support is quite hard to actually do. Having enchantments that transfer to the new creature is one way. Plus it works with Blue milling if we want to do that too.

I found that too. Having to put stuff like 'if you didn't play it from your hand' on pretty much any effect makes them a bit awkward for commons. Other options (that we have explored a little already) are the modifying of casting cost, sacrifice triggers (steps on Damas toes a lot) or 'if entered play from your library' as a variant of the non play from hand.

Yeah, this is horribly wordy for such a minor effect. I'm sure there's something that works though.

Shortest I can come up with is: "Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, you may return ~ from your graveyard to the battlefield enchanting that creature." based on Dragon Breath. Lets you use it on your opponents creatures and tokens, though, but I think that's ok?
