A good chance this should read target creature rather than creature or player.

Agree this should be creature only. This one would be a bit awkward if you really need it to hit and it fails - maybe change to 1R creature only but it bolts your opponent too if it hits?

Three damage to a creature is obviously highly relevant to limited. Like this a lot for that reason alone. Intensify still needs work. I don't want to loot away my second copy of this in order to make my first copy marginally better. Clash is a bad mechanice!
