An idea for a cycling replacement. Works far better with Emerge and Intensify and smooths draws in the same way.

This is cool! Cycling is one of the best ever abilities so something similar is great! Slight danger that with just one spell with it you can trigger intensify every time for 2. That's probably okay though.
