Not sure this works as written since the spell will be resolving when you choose the targets. Do you choose both targets or do they get a choice? The second option is probably quite bad since this only costs one mana less than clone!

Oops thought I had deleted the incorrect templating. Was supposed to be 'clone' like each player chooses. I was also thinking would it be okay at 2 mana.

Kieran will come and post that this 'sucks' and he may be correct. Potentially worse than the blink common except for some corner cases. I imagine if we run out of available slots this will go. Potentially could drop it to just U to entice people to play it. I still think there is a chance it is secretly very strong.

This card sucks!!! Seriously though, mostly you want to copy a power CIP effect and you can do that more easily with the twin blink spell whilst also removing a blocker. With a clone you want to copy a bomb and if your opponent has one not only can you not copy it but they get another one! Really this is only useful when your creatures are far better than theirs. At that point yo're probably already winning.
