Totally not blue ability, but I needed to get something down. Will think more on these.

This is pretty terrible. You need at least six lands before it breaks even and it only triggers when you actually play a land! Add to this the fact that you're in the 'Resound' wedge (so tapping lands in your upkeep is quite likely) and this will probably never do anything.

To make this work as a good mana source I propose 'at the end of your upkeep you may pay URG. If you do, untap all permanents you control.'

I don't think URG ever got played in sealed or draft, but Baker didn't seem to excited to even have a 3/2 for 3 in blue!
