Maybe so you can use it after someone fatewarps to slow them down redrawing the card they put on top?

Hmm I guess all the useful things this could have been used in response too are no longer in the set. Initially it was in my file to help hose Intensify and Fatewarp to some extent, but now both of those are gone it might not fit anymore.

I was worried this guy might be too strong/unfun but I had the opposite experience today. I was flooded and my opponent was screwed and he was literally unplayable. That's not necessarily great either but I'm definitely more relaxed about this guy's power level now.

Not completely sold on this guy. Messing with opponent's library is not the cleanest.
