It's a twin that doesn't have Twin, which might be silly, but two 2/2 fliers are awful against medium fliers or Giant Spiders so I wanted to give the option of just having the 4/4. If this wasn't so wordy I'd actually consider making all the twins do this!

If Twin is the RWU mechanic this needs to be a twin card. Or rework Twin to be this. Split — You may have ~ enter the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it where X is its power.
