I've only seen this card played twice but both times it was pretty sweet. Clone your 2/1 with Distomic Fury on it stops the beats!

If I'm right this card (or any clone) actually break Twin. Because Twin copies the creature generating the effect, you get a Mournful Fleshling instead of the original Twin creature. Then you copy the original Twin with his ETB effect. Not sure if the wording of Twin where the copy doesn't have the Twin ability would affect this or not since the copy effect comes from the ETB effect of Fleshling and not from the Twin ability which just allowed you to copy Fleshling? Anyone know the answer?

I don't think you would get a Mournful Fleshling when you copy a twin creature. Twin is a trigger when the creature enters the battlefield, whilst clones change the card as it is entering, so that it enters as a copy of the card and then triggers 187 abilities.

Kieran and I spoke about moving this to Rare to free space at uncommon. Most clones are rares anyway.

I think a 1 mana clone is still pretty exciting. There are plenty of cool etb effects where the power of your creature is irrelevant.
