I'm not sure what this is doing? You basically get what you want, and then put 2 lands on bottom?

Even that makes it a strictly better Diabolic Tutor. I wanted a way to help encourage running off-colour bombs in an Emerge deck. This is both a way to find the creature that Emerges for it and ensure you don't accidentally draw it before you get to pop the Emerge.

The two on the bottom is kind of pointless. You basically always put two lands there so it's just a kind of busy work.
