Even a far worse Mind Control is probably still pretty good. Might be safer as a rare. Thought about costing him at 1, then decided it might be cool to Emerge him out.

Pretty sure this is at least as good as Mind Control and thus Rare-able. Magic Lizards are called Viashino. We probably can't get art for Lizardmen whatever we call them. Might have to reskin the Idarans at some point. Because of the farcical nature of "Lizard Wizard" I've made all LIzards with spell-like abilities Shamen up to this point.

Actually seems like there are some reasonable number of lizardmen pictures on the internet so debate is still open. I'm making this guy for a Shaman now.
